Fitbox Method is:
A revolutionary workout formula designed to create an overall lean, athletic looking physique. The method combines cardio boxing, resistance training and tabata through the use of AirDyne bikes. Therefore, encompassing multiple energy systems as well as full body muscle recruitment.
I’m Best at:
Kickboxing/Athletic Training/Weightlifting (body sculpting). I strive to be very good at multiple facets rather than be great at one. I’ve played sports and kickboxed for over 10 years so that would be my bread & butter.
Instructional movement & speed work. Bootcamp style.
Remixed dance/hip-hop for group fitness.
After Class Hobby:
I’m submerged in the fitness lifestyle so when I’m not teaching I’m training myself to improve daily on whatever type of training that day consists of… strength training, athletic training, kickboxing, yoga, stretching, recovery, etc. Enjoy down time at the beach and paddleboarding as much as time allows. Living the beach life!
