Once you cross the threshold, you’ll find yourself in one of the nation’s best boutique gyms filled with hand-selected fitness equipment, state-of-the-art Airdyn Fan Bikes, top quality heavy bags, and a friendly, knowledgeable staff. We built the studio with the vision of creating an experience never done before. Our studio features total acoustic elements as well as dim ambient lighting. This studio will transport you away from your busy day – one hour at a time.
We spared no expense in building a gym conducive to our calorie burning approach. You’ll move from one station to another with ease, and you’ll have access to equipment — including heavy bags — without waiting. We’ve also built to ensure your comfort from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Whether socializing in the attended reception area, gearing up in the changing room, working out during class – we want you to feel right at home and part of our fitness family.You’ll find plenty of dumbbells, medicine balls, heavy bags, jump ropes, stationary fan bikes, and other gear throughout the gym.
