How can I reserve a class?
Your best bet is to plan ahead and reserve a class via our website or custom mobile app.
You can also reserve a class with the front desk attendant, phone, or email. Walk in are welcome and a waitlist is also available.

Where are you located?
We are located inside the lobby of the Bay ParcPlaza apartment building. As you enter the Bay ParcPlaza lobby, pass the front desk and continue towards the far end of the lobby. The Fitbox Method corridor is located across the Doggie VIP store. Our address is: 1756 North Bayshore Drive Suite 119, Miami FL,33132

Is parking available?
Yes, FitboxMethod has reduced Valet rates at our building (“Bay Parc Plaza”). Rates are $2 for the first 2 hours! There is also plenty of on-street parking around the property with paid meters via city of Miami.

How many times should I workout per week?
The Fitbox Method recommends 5 classes per week, 3 classes per week being a minimum. If you train less than 3 times a week you may find it hard to notice substantial results. If you train less than 3 times per week, you might be doing it just for fun or to maintain your current shape. Training 5 times a week is pretty normal and result in visible result fast! Many of our clients fall in love with our method and train much more.

Can I train with an injury?
Consult with your doctor about what you are capable to safely do. Even if your doctor clears the injury, please inform the instructor on current or pervious injuries. The instructor should then change your workout to accommodate those issues

What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 12-hour notice before making cancellations or class changes. You must sign into your FitboxMethod account to do so. Phone Calls and emails are not acceptable. We charge a $15 change fee each time you cancel or reschedule a class without a 12-hour notice. If you are signed up into one class, but show up to another, you will have to purchase a drop-in single class to attend a different time from your original booking.

Can I reschedule my reservation?
Yes, you can reschedule your reservation up until 4 hours prior to class.

What happens if I miss the class I reserved?
If you miss a class it’s considered a forfeited class and you will incur a no show fee of $15.

What if I’m late to class?
Generally you will not be charged a penalty and can still attend, but 5 minutes after class start time we open up the waitlist and if taken consider you a cancellation. Once again, please arrive 10 minutes prior to class.

Do you allow walk-ins?
You always have a far better chance by reserving a spot ahead of time, but if we have available open spots in any class you are welcome to walk in and join! We also have a wait-list that will notify you of any cancellation and automatically enter you into the class if requested.

Can I reserve a heavy bag before class?
Yes, our online reservation platform will allow you to choose a specific heavy bag position via our website or custom mobile app.
